A healthy, go-to weeknight meal – light, simple and foolproof!

4 fillets of responsibly-sourced Salmon

4 teaspoons of fresh ginger, grated

4 tablespoons of Tamari sauce

Olive oil for brushing



Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.

Take a piece of foil for each fillet, and ensure the foil is large enough to cover and wrap the salmon in a loose parcel.

Brush the bottom of the foil with olive oil and place a salmon fillet on top. Sprinkle 1 tsp of the ginger and 1 tbsp of the Tamari over each fillet.

Optionally, you can also place greens such as, broccoli, mange tout, asparagus to save time, inside the parcels. Drizzle some extra Tamari over them and bake with the salmon.

Close up the foil to create a loose parcel and bake for 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.

Be careful when opening up the foil parcels as the steam can be hot!

Serve with new potatoes and dress the salmon with Auntie’s Ginger & Coriander Sauce for an added flavour kick!
